This specialty course enables the student to perfect their control of their buoyancy in any position in the water column. The course covers the proper weighting and distribution of weight, use of equipment and your lungs to properly control your attitude in the water column. The course consists of one 4 hour class with time in the swimming pool (start time is typically 6:00 pm).
